This Real Estate Insiders Unfiltered Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes how NextHome, Inc. (“NextHome” or “us” or ”we”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes the personal information described in this Policy, particularly as part of Real Estate Insiders Unfiltered podcast (“Podcast”), as well as the rights and choices individuals have regarding such personal information.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information that we process regarding:
- Users of our websites where this Policy is posted, including https://realestateinsidersunfiltered.com/ (“Site”), our Podcast, and the services we provide through these, provided by us that display or include a link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”);
- Individuals who register for and/or apply to participate in our webinars, other events, and programs;
- Individuals who are subscribed to receive news, information, and marketing communications from us;
- Individuals who participate in contests, sweepstakes, surveys, and research conducted by us; and
- Individuals who communicate with us or otherwise engage with us related to our Services.
Not In Scope. This Policy does not apply to job applicants and candidates who apply for employment through our job application portal, or to employees and non-employee workers, whose personal information is subject to different privacy notices.
Your use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. Our Terms of Service are incorporated by reference into this Policy.
2. Personal Information Collection
We collect information directly from you, from third parties, and by automated means as set out below.
A. Personal Information Collected Directly.
The personal information that we collect and process will vary depending upon the circumstances and how you interact or engage with us, but generally includes:
- Communications Information: If you subscribe to our mailing list or email us, we may keep your messages, email address, and contact information to respond to your requests, provide the requested products or Services, and provide notifications or other correspondences to you. If you do not want to receive communications from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an email requesting the same to [email protected].
- Support Information: You may provide information to us via a support request or ‘Contact Us’ form submitted through the Services, including your name, contact information, and request. We will use this information to assist you with your request and may maintain this information, along with our communications, responses, and interactions. Please do not submit any information to us via a support submission, ‘Contact Us’ form, or other form, including confidential or sensitive information, that you do not wish for us or our service providers to have access to or use in the future.
- Events and Other Programs: For example, if you register for or attend an event that we host or sponsor, including summits and webinars, we may collect information related to your registration for and participation in such an event.
- Promotions and Surveys: If you participate in sweepstakes, contests, and promotions that we offer, we will collect your name, email address, and other registration information related to contests, sweepstakes, and promotions. We may also conduct surveys, which may help us evaluate, develop and improve our Services and better respond to audience preferences. If you respond to surveys or similar requests, we will collect your personal information, including name and contact information and survey responses.

We collect information about you from other sources, such as public sources, business partners, and other third parties. For example, we may collect information such as:
- Vendors and Service Providers: We outsource some of our operations to our service providers and vendors in order to provide and operate our Services. They may collect and provide us with information such as IP address, unique identifiers, and other user activity information.

C. Personal Information We Collect Automatically or Derive.
We automatically collect personal information related to your use of our Services and interactions with us and others, including information we collect automatically (e.g., using cookies and pixel tags). We may also derive information about you and your use of the Services. Such information includes:
- Cookies, Web Beacons, Links, And Other Tracking Technologies: NextHome may keep track of how you use and interact with the Services through the use of cookies, web beacons, links, and other tracking technologies. We do this to help analyze the use of and improve the Services. Through these technologies, we may automatically collect information about your use of the Services and other online activities, including our email correspondences, third-party services, and certain online activities after you leave the Services. This information may include IP address and other unique identifiers, general location information (and in some instances, device geolocation information), browser type, domain names, access times, pages views, date/time stamps, operating system, language, scrolling activity, device type, unique ID, Internet service provider, referring and exiting URLs, and similar device and usage information. - Activities and Usage: We collect activity information related to your use of our Site and Services, such as information about the links clicked, searches, features used, pages viewed, time spent, and files uploaded. We also collect activity information related to your use of our Services, such as data logs, as well as data used to: identify the source and destination of a communication; optimize and maintain performance of the Services and our products; and monitor, investigate and prevent and detect fraud, system abuse, security incidents, unauthorized activities and access, and other misuses of the Services.
- Location information: We may collect or derive location information about you, such as through your IP address. Further, with your permission, we may collect geolocation information from your device. You may turn off location data sharing through your device settings.
3. Purposes of Collection and Use
In general, we use personal information for the purposes set forth below:
- Providing Services and Support: To provide and operate our Services and Site, communicate with you about your use of the Services and Site, provide troubleshooting and technical support, respond to your inquiries and requests, communicate with you, and for similar service and support purposes.
- Communicating With You About the Services: For example, to send notices, updates, security alerts and other administrative messages. We may also send user surveys and questionnaires, such as for market research.
- Analytics and Improvement: To better understand how users access and use the Services and Site, and our other products and offerings, and for other research and analytical purposes, such as to evaluate and improve our services and business operations, to develop new services and features, and for internal quality control and training purposes.
- Customization and Personalization: To tailor content we may send or display on the Services, including to offer location customization and personalized help and instructions, and to otherwise personalize your experiences.
- Marketing and Advertising: For marketing and advertising purposes. For example, to send you information about our Services, such as offers, promotions, newsletters and other marketing content, including about third-party products and services we think may interest you, as well as any other information that you sign up to receive. We also may use certain information we collect to manage and improve our advertising campaigns so that we can better reach people with relevant content.
- General Business Operations: To consider and implement mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other business transactions, and where necessary to the administration of our general business, accounting, recordkeeping, and legal functions.
- Security and Protection of Rights. To protect the Services and our business operations, including to prevent and detect fraud, misuse and unauthorized activities, as well as where we believe necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety or legal rights of any person or third party, or violations of our Terms of Service or this Policy.
- Complying with Legal Obligations. To comply with the law or legal proceedings. For example, we may disclose information in response to subpoenas, court order, and other lawful requests by regulators and law enforcement, including responding to national security or law enforcement disclosure requirements.
Aggregate and non-identifiable data. We may also derive, use and disclose aggregate, anonymous, and other non-identifiable data related to our business and the Services for quality control, analytics, research, development and other purposes.
4. Disclosures of Personal Information
In order to provide and improve our Services, respond to your requests, and for the purposes described above, we may disclose your personal information to others, including:
- Our Affiliates and Subsidiaries: We may share and process personal information with our subsidiaries and affiliates, who will use and disclose this personal information in accordance with the principles of this Policy.
- Vendors and Service Providers: We may disclose personal information we collect to our service providers, processors and others who perform functions on our behalf. These may include, but not limited to, for example, website and data hosting companies, analytics providers like Google Analytics, IT service providers, help desk, consultants, auditors, and legal counsel.
- Marketing, Analytics, Advertising and Campaign Management: We may disclose certain information that includes personal information to third-party ad network providers, sponsors and/or traffic measurement services, who may use this data to improve and measure the effectiveness of our ads and those of third parties. - Business Transactions: NextHome may purchase other businesses or their assets, sell our business assets, or be involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, or otherwise, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to another company (a “Business Transaction”). Your information, including personal information, may be among assets sold or transferred as part of a Business Transaction, and lenders, auditors, and third-party advisors, including attorneys and consultants, may be part of due diligence or necessary as part of the Business Transaction.
- Safety and Lawful Requests: We may be required to disclose personal information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We generally do not disclose user’s personal information unless we have a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards. We may share your personal information when we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable laws, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud, unauthorized activities and access, or other illegal activity perpetrated through the Services or using NextHome name, protect the safety of any person, or prevent the misuse of the Services. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents, or government agencies. Nothing in this Privacy Notice is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your personal information.
5. Cookies, Targeting, and Analytics
We and our third-party providers use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, log files, and other mechanisms to automatically collect browsing, activity, device, usage and similar information within our Services. We use this information to, for example, analyze and understand how users access, use and interact with our Services, to identify and resolve bugs and errors, and to assess, secure, protect, optimize and improve the performance of our Services. In addition, some cookies and trackers allow us and third parties to track activity and usage data, provide targeted advertising, and measure and improve ad campaigns within the Services and on third party sites and services. We may also use pixel tags in HTML e-mails we send, to help us track e-mail response rates, identify when our e-mails are viewed, and track whether our e-mails are forwarded.

- Targeted Advertising: As noted, we partner with third parties including advertising networks, channel partners, mobile ad networks, analytics and measurement services and others (“third-party ad companies”) to manage our advertising on other sites, and they may use cookies or similar technologies in order to provide you with advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. Per industry standards, third-party ad companies may be able to collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you use the Services. You may opt out of interest-based ads and limit certain tracking by disabling cookies as described below.
- Social Media Features: We may use various social media features such as the Facebook “Like” button on our websites. We collect certain information about you through your use of these features in conjunction with our Services. Subject to your account and privacy settings, we may also be able to see information that you post when using these social media platforms whether or not you are using one of our Services. In some instances, depending on the circumstances, we may contact you on these social media platforms. The information you post on social media sites as well as the controls surrounding these disclosures are governed by the respective policies of the social media site, and you should review their privacy practices.
- Analytics Information: We use data analytics to ensure our Site functionality and improve the Services. The use of analytics technologies allows us to understand the functionality of the Services and Site. These technologies may record information such as how often you use the Services, what happens within the Services, aggregated usage, performance data, errors and debugging information. - Device and Log File Information: When you use our Services, we may receive log file information such as your IP address, browser type, access times, domain names operating system, the referring web page(s), pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device information, unique identifiers, search terms, and cookie information. We receive this information when you interact with our Services, for example, when you visit our Site, or interact with our email notifications. NextHome uses this information to provide, understand, and improve our Services, and to customize the content we show you. NextHome may link this log file to other information NextHome collects about you via the Services.
Additional Choices: You can review or change your preferences for most cookies on our Site as follows:
- Industry Ad Choice Programs: You can control how participating third-party ad companies use the information that they collect about your visits to our Sites and those of third parties, in order to display more relevant targeted advertising to you. To obtain more information and opt out of receiving targeted ads from participating third-party ad networks go to: http://aboutads.info/choices. Please note that opting out of participating ad networks does not opt you out of being served advertising. You may continue to receive generic or contextual ads on our Services. You may also continue to receive targeted ads on other websites from companies that do not participate in this program.
- Browser Settings and Controls: If you wish to prevent cookies from tracking your activity on our Site or visits across multiple websites, you can set your browser to block certain cookies or notify you when a cookie is set. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your device from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Visitors to our Site and Services who disable cookies will be able to browse the Site, but some features may not function.
- Do-Not-Track: Currently, our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed in this section (e.g., by disabling cookies); you also may opt out of targeted advertising as discussed above.
6. Your Privacy Choices
Users have several choices regarding their personal information and privacy preferences, as described in this section.
Marketing Communications: We may send periodic promotional emails to you. You may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email or emailing us at [email protected]. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving promotional emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you emails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.
Cookie and Targeted Advertising: As described in the “Cookies, Targeting, and Analytics” section above, you can manage your preferences for cookies on our Site and Services by adjusting your cookie settings or other preferences.

7. Information About Children
Our Site and Services are not intended for minors under the age of 13. We do not knowingly or specifically collect information about minors under the age of 13. Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites.
9. Security
We have implemented safeguards and technical measures to protect the personal information that we have under our control from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared device.
10. Changes to This Policy
