The Compass CRMLS lawsuit has turned a years-long debate over private listings into a federal court fight, and the outcome could change how every agent accesses listing data.
Rob Hahn, the Notorious R.O.B., and Greg Robertson, co-founder of W+R Studios and Vendor Alley, join James Dwiggins and Keith Robinson to unpack the Compass CRMLS lawsuit. They cover what Compass is demanding, why CRMLS sued first, and why the real fight may be about what the MLS is supposed to be.
